    departure date. Failure to meet the payment schedule may result in cancellation of the
    booking.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  1. Cancellation by Customer: Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds, minus
    any applicable fees, will be issued based on the timing of the cancellation:
    . 30+ days before departure: Full refund minus a handling fee.
    . 15-29 days before departure: 50% refund.
    . 14 days or less: No refund.
  2. Cancellation by MangalmurtiTour.com: If unforeseen circumstances force us to
    cancel a tour, customers will receive a full refund or an option to reschedule.
  3. Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
