Ward’s Lake: A scenic man-made lake in the heart of Shillong. Shillong Peak: The highest point in Shillong with panoramic views. Elephant Falls: A beautiful waterfall on the outskirts of the city. Don Bosco Museum: To explore the indigenous culture of the Northeast. Laitumkhrah: A vibrant local area to explore the local lifestyle.
Drive to Cherrapunjee (2-3 hours). Visit the famous Nohkalikai Falls, Seven Sisters Falls, and Mawsmai Cave. Explore the Living Root Bridges in the area, a marvel of nature. Return to Shillong for the night.
Early morning drive to Kaziranga National Park (approximately 5-6 hours). Check into a wildlife resort. Evening safari in Kaziranga National Park (known for one-horned rhinoceros and diverse wildlife).
